Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Prettyrush Walk-In Tubs wants prettyrush.property to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
1. The Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
2. Steps We Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page usable by keyboard
- Lay pages out so they read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
3. Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
4. Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@prettyrush.property and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us on your behalf.
5. Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site is hard to use. Email contact@prettyrush.property and include:
- The page or feature that caused trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
6. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep improving it.
