How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Prettyrush Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page lists the steps to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
1. What You Can Report
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Prettyrush Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
2. If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Prettyrush Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
3. How to Reach Us
Email contact@prettyrush.property and include:
- Your name and how to contact you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you would like
4. What Happens Next
First, we confirm by email that we received your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Next, we look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
5. If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to review the matter again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
